For the most part we work well together and have fun while making money.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I want to be paid fairly for my work and would like to be appreciated by my managers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is unclear what we are being paid for and how much. Third party tips were taken away and we are essentially working for under minimum wage for third party vendors when 50% of orders come from third party. I always wind up having to claim more in tips than I actually make
