What would you improve about your company's interview process?
We don't care about all that I would just like to speak to somebody that can do something about this place and about the management
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
All to make the company culture work you would have to have a team there is no team in Carrabba's it's all about the dollar bill with managers system manager partner workers it's all it's about
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would just like the company to actually show that they care about their workers and the customers because they'll tell you they care about the customers but they do not they only care about the dollar bill
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
How about trying to be happy trying to work with others instead of working for yourself and the company really needs to take that slogan that they use so much that we respect all customers and all employees because they don't they only care about the dollar bill
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If they would listen to their employees and try to help their employees do better instead of thinking about themselves and the biggest thing the company has problem with is they're all about the dollar bill and nothing else That's all they're about is the dollar bill they are not about the customers
