Bad now, getting paid less than people who are just starting. Im training people who are getting paid more than me just to do cold side or wash dishes, and i been there for 2 years

When its almost time to go and restaurant is about to close.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care, kinda. When a raise or money is involved, thats where they dont care.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Starting me out at a higher pay rate, especially knowing everything in the backline .
