Controlling their emotions and communicating with employees better.
Better communication and fixed schedules
Being reasonable and understanding. We arent in a career path. You cant expect people to treat an underpayed job like a career
Más organización más compromiso con el restaurante en resolver la falta de empleados que hacen falta para que el restaurante mantenga una posición de ventas mayor a lo no
Leadership does not communicate amongst each other whatsoever causing problems in the restaurant.
If we were paid fairly according to the time we’ve worked at the company and the task and rolls we are expected to excel and execute without complai

Don't know how to answer
less work, not having to pick up the slack of other jobs just because managers want to stay low on labor
My coworkers are generally very dissatisfied with our management's reluctance to address company-wide problems that are occurring within the restaurant.
Show good work ethic. Managers and coworkers are careless on the quality of service.
Server and respect with teamates
They are all on drugs. There are no consequences for calling off 6 times a month there are no consequences for showing up hours late. They cuss and use the N word our front in front of customers with no consequences it's pathetic
Show up for scheduled shifts. Have penalties when they call off or are late. Stop doing drugs. Act professionally. Stop bringing their kids to work all the time. Stop the party atmosphere.
Start treating your workers with respect
Managers that know what theyre doing. Ive had two the entire time ive worked here. And they are both at different dtores now.
New management. Not to hire people on drugs.
AA meetings attended regularly and attendance reprimanded.
Get to know your employees needs, make sure that all employees are being treated equally and that one person isn't consistently being put in a better position to make more money than another
Stop looking for desprate people by making them wait hours for an interview. And getting people willing and ready to work.
Jay hyde took 2 months to get back to me
Look for people that want to grow the culture and beliefs of the company and not squander them for self gain.
It was an average interview

Following minor labor laws and giving minors what they deserve
Stop giving coupons out to attract business and try to keep up with Olive Garden. They do coupons, we dont.
Managers need to manage their employees not the other way around. There needs to be a real serious house cleaning in this restaurant.
Check the qualifying or lack thereof resumes from the management.
