I've been doing maintenance for 6 months and the last 2 or more everyone makes 17.25 an hour and I still get the same I was making a dollar more before now I still get 17.25 for do maintenance ,unload trucks,and keep stuff looking decent and after a year I should not have ask for anything no respect

i was only paid 12.50 an hour and expected to do the duties of a shift manager

Actually I would have liked a rose to get the pay I actually deserved. Would have liked to give the team members who are working more than one position a few times a week due to call outs a gift card at least.

The pay is far below deserved (earned) for what's demanded of us. The Managers get paid good most the time. However, lower lever is paid as they are viewed. The company makes million's plus a year.... From the work done not only by the Managers. They get or have ways to earn bonuses by r work

I feel undervalued because I feel taken advantage of. I am getting paid less than a senior position, but I do 3x the work. I would better if they gave me the 10¢ raise I earned last year, the one that I lost due to min wage going up. I earned that 10¢.
