Carrols has strong leadership in most upper management. Communication from top to bottom needs more attention but overall Great Place to work.

My manager is the absolute best! She is kind, and patient, and she listens to when we have a problem, and she is great about flexible schedules. She is a great boss!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to start listening to their employees because that’s the only way to run a successful compa
being good leaders and not allowing customers to insult employees and get away with it
Team turnover. Actually get to talking and getting aquainted with team members and show them the same goal that you and the rest of the cooperation want to get too. Don't keep employees that call out alot but always seem to come back get rid of the loyal and dependable employees doesn't make sense.
They need to care even just a little bit and no only come to work to get a paycheck and not do anything, making it harder on the rest of us.
