What makes you most happy at work?
seeing happy customers. seeing things getting done properly
My customers who are respectful
Seeing customers happy and giving me compliments.
Being able to leave at the end of the night
Knowing customers are walking away with the correct order and no complaints about their meal. Having customers tell me since I have been there how much better the food and the customer service has been. Being able to have a full staff to give every team member a full break so their not stressed

Making my customers happy is what makes me happy. If I can turn one persons bad day around. I love that. And my boss and co workers are pretty great too
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Food was given out wrong alot and it took long to get their food
The lack of respect, structure, lack of staff, and overworked ones who's there. FOR VERY LOW PAY.
