Team turnover. Actually get to talking and getting aquainted with team members and show them the same goal that you and the rest of the cooperation want to get too. Don't keep employees that call out alot but always seem to come back get rid of the loyal and dependable employees doesn't make sense.
They need to care even just a little bit and no only come to work to get a paycheck and not do anything, making it harder on the rest of us.
I was only getting 12-hour shifts for the week oh yeah constantly. I was just losing days from my schedule because no one knows how to build a schedule and communicate

I've been doing maintenance for 6 months and the last 2 or more everyone makes 17.25 an hour and I still get the same I was making a dollar more before now I still get 17.25 for do maintenance ,unload trucks,and keep stuff looking decent and after a year I should not have ask for anything no respect
i was only paid 12.50 an hour and expected to do the duties of a shift manager
Actually I would have liked a rose to get the pay I actually deserved. Would have liked to give the team members who are working more than one position a few times a week due to call outs a gift card at least.
I worked there for almost 2 years and was the lowest paid employee
Being consistent and completing task in a timely manner
Attitude, learning, respect each other and self discipline
Everyone needs to do their part and work as a team rather than leaving everything to the few of us that actually care and do our job and do it well
People need to be treated fairly and equally
That it would be more professional
I would ask more questions pertaining to their work ethics and get a better sense of them as a person to see if they e we pups be a good fit rather than just hiring a worthless body to fill a position
Food was given out wrong alot and it took long to get their food
The lack of respect, structure, lack of staff, and overworked ones who's there. FOR VERY LOW PAY.
