What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very helpful in teaching how things work
Just being able to do the job as a team under good leadership
That they help you along the way and work with you
They are always caring and work with your schedule
Most of the Leaders in the stores, or who's in the trenches shoulder to shoulder. Not all but most.

The medical, dental, & vision plan is matched and is overall a great plan. 401K is offered and is also a matched benefit.

What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone works extremely well together.
At the end of the day we are all family
They worked together very well
We help each other at work and home
Some of them works very hard while 2 or 3 of theme are sleeping together
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They will give you an opportunity
nothing everyone is rude to eachother and talks behind eachothers backs
Just good managers and crew
Nothing really. I try to stay positive though
Not much it's ALWAYS STRESSFUL.

What makes you most happy at work?
seeing happy customers. seeing things getting done properly
My customers who are respectful
Seeing customers happy and giving me compliments.
Being able to leave at the end of the night
Knowing customers are walking away with the correct order and no complaints about their meal. Having customers tell me since I have been there how much better the food and the customer service has been. Being able to have a full staff to give every team member a full break so their not stressed
