Mr. Richard F. Westenberger serves as an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer at OshKosh B'Gosh, Inc., Carter's Retail, Inc., TWCC Product Development and Sales, Inc. and Carter's Giftcard Company, Inc. Mr. Westenberger has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Carter's, Inc. and since January 19, 2009 and serves as its Treasurer. Mr. Westenberger has been the Chief Financial Officer of The William Carter Company since 2009 and serves as its Executive Vice President. He joined Carter's, Inc. from Hewitt Associates, Inc., where he served as Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasurer from 2006 to 2008. Prior to Hewitt Associates, Inc., he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Land's End, Inc. During his 10 years at Sears, Mr. Westenberger held various other senior financial management positions, including Vice President of Corporate Planning and Analysis and Vice President of Investor Relations. Prior to Sears, he was with Kraft Foods, Inc. He began his career at Price Waterhouse LLP. He joined Sears in 1996 and has held financial management positions of increasing responsibility in Sears, Roebuck & Co.'s credit business, corporate finance and investor relations functions. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Westenberger is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He holds a Master's degree from the Graduate School of Business of the University of Chicago.
