What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?It can be flexible sometimes.
What did you like most about the interview process?The hiring process can be quick, depending on the position.
What makes you most happy at work?Being able to see my work make a difference, in communities, and in the industry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The benefits package is ok, but not great. There are only 7 holidays and pay raises are few and far between. Employees can go years without and increase.
