- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay is not equal with workload or responsibility level. Always have a workload appropriate for 3-5 people. Managers and supervisors joke about our enployees doing the work of 30 people. You think maybe thats why people die from working here?
