Willingness to learn and good time keeping

Depends on the role. It has recently changed. If your an executive it is very favorable. There is not one for hourly roles. For entry and mid level management positions it is fair, but be prepared to absorb a lot of costs and fight for reimbursement.

They are very helpful, they teach you everything you need to know about the machine you are running

A waste of time

Honestly it's not as good as it used to be. It just seems like people don't care anymore.

Fair, good benefits package and if bonus is paid (which is dependent on company performance) it puts the pay above average. But in a cyclical company like Caterpillar never expect the bonus or plan for it, seems to pay 1 out of 3 years.

Generally nice people.

Team collaboration is not great. There is a lot of bickering between the shifts
