- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Truthful contract bargaining and not the situation we are in now where we ratified a new contract (after being out of contract for almost 3 yrs) only to find that our program was being overhauled less than 2 weeks later, resulting in reduced hours and therefore pay.
