Employees need to have a voice that is actually listened to. Upper management will send out a million surveys or ask for feedback but don't act upon it unless it's what they already what they planned to do anyway. Pay people better and treat them decently, and stop sending jobs to dominican republic
Company has lowered or eliminated bonus plans. Areas where the hourly pay was increased was not enough to cover the loss in bonus, in other positons there wasnt even an increase to soften the blow. But plenty of money available to open the overseas location with cheap labor!

Recruiters have no idea about the actual jobs or pay. People have been hired on and then find out the role is entirely different. Examples people hired on as a remote employee then forced to work in the office, told average pay is x then its mucb lower and so on
Its a debt collection company - no ones going to like them. Maybe shorter wait times to reach an agent. Mailed letters that are actually readable and look like theyre from this millenium.
