Discussing options with customers and choosing what works best with them, nudging without being overbearingly pushy to what makes me more money if it makes sense for them. Also downtime with coworkers isn't painfully boring.
Helping out custoemrs doesn't matter if its upgrades new accounts or solving their problems with their account or devices. I truly enjoy helping people
