Cellular Sales Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Competitive pay and really cool perks, like employee discounts, recognition bonuses and prizes, really fun team outings, paid business travel.

Competitive pay perks beniguts package

It's an affordable basic health package.

Uncapped comission attainable every month

Compensation at Cellular Sales is based on performance and fair comparisons to national and local pay rates.

Full package decent price and half off Verizon service

Commission is noncapped. That is awesome

Review from Sales Dept

insurance benefits are pretty good

Overall we are payed very well it would be nice to work in a less stressful environment where the people on actually have desks to asiat custoemrs. Its hard as it is in a commission job now its seems we are forced to fight each other to make an honest living

Review from Sales Dept

The bonus money you get each month if you work hard.

Review from Sales Dept

the commission process, the insurance and sales maker plan

Review from Sales Dept

Once you get into commissions the pay can increase significantly

Review from Sales Dept

It is optional and comprehensive

Review from Sales Dept

Best in the business, for sure!

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Getting paid hourly + commissions

Better health insurance, and benefits

Its more about leadership than pay

Commission amounts have dwindled, too much emphasis is placed on B2B (despite training suggesting otherwise), and bonus metrics are designed to be unreachable. Also, you can get charged back for any commission if the customer changes or removes things within the first 180 days. No protection at all.

Increased commissions on iPhone sales. We get paid to push the most expensive insurance and aren't allowed to mention the other options. Essentially lying.

Review from Sales Dept

Because we are undervalued; an app controls our money and only works 50% of the time so keeping track and figuring out bonuses is only available 50% of the time If verizon systems dont work and youre at work sorry cant make money; if our systems dont work cant make money

We have no action, sick, or personal days. compensation has been lowered this year.

Review from Sales Dept

You work on a draw system against monthly commission. There is no such thing as a sick day or vacation.

Review from Sales Dept

Paid time off and maternity leave

Review from Sales Dept

Hourly pay rate should be increased regardless of performance. Base hourly rate is currently too low.

Review from Sales Dept

Yearly raises, ability to choose own schedule

Review from Sales Dept

The work is 100% uncapped commission at the starting level and with hard work you can make a lot. I managed to earn two separate positions overseeing the entire state which cost me 50+ hours of extra work off the sales floor and was only compensated $100 extra per month.

All pay is based on performance. The bonus structure is not uniform throughout all the markets as they are run by Regional Directors. Pay is set to be extremely lucrative but goals have shifted so that you work more and more hours to make less money based on a couple KPIs.
