What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Finding quality people to work a 100% commission job is not easy and the benefits do not add anything to help attract high level people. If you have a family you will have to make choice between success or family.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The numbers of quality reps is diminishing and this puts a ton of pressure on the rest of the team, it means you can make more money due to working more hours. some management have a do as i say not how i do approach to the team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. the Top plays things so close to the vest that no one really knows how long term goals or the strategic plan to get there. They also need to release some control. Middle management can not make any decisions so they all just defer to the Regional Directors
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All pay is based on performance. The bonus structure is not uniform throughout all the markets as they are run by Regional Directors. Pay is set to be extremely lucrative but goals have shifted so that you work more and more hours to make less money based on a couple KPIs.
