Our company cares about each employee's health and well-being, making generous accommodations when necessary. We are also well fed. Haha.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was not scary. The conversations are pretty casual, but I heard it might be a bit tougher for other more technical departments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team has set ambitious goals and makes grand plans for the company. They are energetic and also pushing us to do our best work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is pretty close knit. We are basically family and we do our best to avoid drama. There is no time for that. It is easy to communicate, we have fun and feel relaxed when we hang out together during social outings, and no one is ever left out.
