Our culture is very inclusive; from the work we are doing but also the way in which we are collaborating and also the way we interact with one another during non-working time. Everyone works hard to build strong relationships, can communicate openly, and helps to foster a healthy working environment
Celtra spends time to give us all the chance to interact outside of our teams and workstations. The decor in the offices is great and lends itself to actually getting work done unlike most open plan environments

I was able to meet with 2 of the co-founders and feel the passion, and learn the vision behind everything that Celtra is doing. Once you start talking to employees, it's clear that everyone is passionate and committed to what they do, and vocal how well they are taken care of.
Every panel member was very down to earth and honest about life at Celtra. Everything they described matches what I've found myself
