Everyone is willing to step in and help each other
The team is pretty close knit. We are basically family and we do our best to avoid drama. There is no time for that. It is easy to communicate, we have fun and feel relaxed when we hang out together during social outings, and no one is ever left out.
Its a very collaborative environment.
