People are friendly and it's always ok to admit mistakes, no-one throws anyone under the bus and we're working together to resolve problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have clear goals and they are always positive, no matter the situation - it's always better to approach the problem with the willingness to solve it, than being negative about it.
