What is the best part about your compensation package?

Rewarded and recognized and appreciated

Coverage for family at a decent price.

The pay is good and the benefits and 401K are great here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Benefits are to costly to the employee!

Better vision and dental coverage and lower medical premiums. Also, the ability to carry over vacation from year to year.

Hired in new people significantly higher pay than longer term employees - pay inequity is rampant. PTO/sick leave is not generous. Leadership takes credit for work done by staff.
