I think the company is great, highly organized and does wonderful things for the medical field. My department is disorganized, poorly run, seems to have no clear direction and that is why I am looking to leave.

I supervise a great group of people who are engaged and truly care about the job they do.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I lived in another state at the time. I was able to conduct the majority of the interview over the phone. I was required to travel for the final round of interviews.
