Benefits are to costly to the employee!
Better vision and dental coverage and lower medical premiums. Also, the ability to carry over vacation from year to year.

This company needs to bring in nee directors and stop bringing amazon supervisors that ask you to waive second lunches

Include the weight limits within the interview.
Probably not wasting your time since they already have an idea who they are gonna to place in certain positions

I already explained that. They dont make me feel comfortable at all.
