What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are multiple mangers based on department however i would say they are freindly in general however there are some who can be too demaning and get angry easily
Helpful and approachable support when needed
they are kind ask for your opinion you can think along with them and they give you good feedback to work with

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Discounted staff holidays, free days out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is barely above minimum wage, which, in light of the current financial strains makes things very difficult. We work to live, not the reverse and the positive environment doesn't make up for low wages.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Brand new team, so we are all learning all the time.
Generally we all pull in the same direction and my immediate colleagues are always willing to lend a hand when it is needed.
Passionate and hard working, teamwork is key

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The core values are very positive on paper and on the whole people do put them into practice, the environment can however sometimes be a little bureaucratic.

Meeting lots of different people, shadowing for an hour before commiting.

The nicer coworkers and the happy children
The beauty of the forest and the team work to maintain a happy family friendly holiday destination.
Being busy, stretching my mind and striving for better results. Most of all the close feel you have to nature is excellent for mental health.
