Company has staff at heart of everything it does, sometimes a little slow to change but on the positive change is never done for changes sake and is never rushed. I genuinely enjoy going to work each day and of course the environment is wonderful, who wouldn't want to walk through a forest everyday!

Generally we all pull in the same direction and my immediate colleagues are always willing to lend a hand when it is needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being busy, stretching my mind and striving for better results. Most of all the close feel you have to nature is excellent for mental health.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The core values are very positive on paper and on the whole people do put them into practice, the environment can however sometimes be a little bureaucratic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is barely above minimum wage, which, in light of the current financial strains makes things very difficult. We work to live, not the reverse and the positive environment doesn't make up for low wages.
