My experience so far has been a good one. There are pros and cons like anything else. Lot of room for overall improvement, but many of the important things are done right. Currently, I am glad to be here.
CentralSquare gets a lot of things right, but there are some things we need to work through. Some of them are growing pains, some of them are decisions by the ELT that could use another look.
