What do you like best about the leadership team?
Yes good relationship is very good
Cares about you as a person and not a number. I have had some major things go wrong in life and the amount of love and support I received from Centro and Execs have been tremendous. No other company holds can come close to Centro.
They make themselves available
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Telling the CEO the truth and not what he wants to hear. That may mean being okay losing your job in this context but you must find a way. Otherwise, you are complicit in the gas-lighting of everyone else.
listening to others. It is a very insular management team, despite what they might tell people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are wonderful. As someone who used medical insurance to the max it is a great policy. Centro also gives employees HSA money to use towards the deductible.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Caring and more like a family. Spend so much time with these people they learn more abut you then some of your closest friends. You get what you give.

We needed to be a more cohesive team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team members and always willing to lift each other up or not be afraid to own a mistake.
Relaxed office environment, snacks available
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The CEO has made himself the heart and soul of the company. He's been popular over the years. But when times get tough he reveals he's willing to betray his stated principles and values. He's why it took almost 10 years to build their software product. The company would be better without him.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Understand that the people make Centro special and not the other way around. That presumption and conceit is visible to candidates.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Every C level seat held in the past 5 years is sitting empty except the CEO. The company can't continue to be a vanity project for one man. If HR didn't rabidly protect this man, lawsuits would have brought Centro down. The board of directors knows what to do by now.
the company has no real differentiator in an incredibly competitive and stressful sector. They need to learn how to build and launch better
