- What do you like best about the leadership team?Yes good relationship is very good
- What do you like best about the leadership team?Cares about you as a person and not a number. I have had some major things go wrong in life and the amount of love and support I received from Centro and Execs have been tremendous. No other company holds can come close to Centro.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Benefits are wonderful. As someone who used medical insurance to the max it is a great policy. Centro also gives employees HSA money to use towards the deductible.

- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?We needed to be a more cohesive team
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Telling the CEO the truth and not what he wants to hear. That may mean being okay losing your job in this context but you must find a way. Otherwise, you are complicit in the gas-lighting of everyone else.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?The CEO has made himself the heart and soul of the company. He's been popular over the years. But when times get tough he reveals he's willing to betray his stated principles and values. He's why it took almost 10 years to build their software product. The company would be better without him.
