We needed to be a more cohesive team
The CEO has made himself the heart and soul of the company. He's been popular over the years. But when times get tough he reveals he's willing to betray his stated principles and values. He's why it took almost 10 years to build their software product. The company would be better without him.
Understand that the people make Centro special and not the other way around. That presumption and conceit is visible to candidates.
Every C level seat held in the past 5 years is sitting empty except the CEO. The company can't continue to be a vanity project for one man. If HR didn't rabidly protect this man, lawsuits would have brought Centro down. The board of directors knows what to do by now.
the company has no real differentiator in an incredibly competitive and stressful sector. They need to learn how to build and launch better
