It is faith-based. However, our director Lyndsey Green does not behave ethically.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Centura needs to pay competitively in the Denver market. We lose great employees because of pay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership in the operating room needs to behave in ways that are in alignment with our mission. They are punitive rather than supportive. If you don't go shopping with the director then you're not part of her clique at St Anthony's.
