Understanding how to deliver good care in a not-for-profit organization. Abandoning idiotic strategies, cease Draconian management, stop ignoring physician input.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management from the top down is awful. They have cut costs, cut salary, eliminated provider input into key programs, fired key providers, raised prices, and compromised quality of care. They have it totally backwards.
