Management, management, management, management and, oh yeah, management. Replace the entire corporate machine with human beings. It's simple, really.

Listen more to what's unique about the person sitting in front of you, ask yourself how this individual might actually enhance your team and improve patient outcomes. Don't be so, um, anal retentive about things that don't matter. Humanize HR.
