Staff’s morale is completely crushed. Meanwhile we have more executives than any hospital I have ever seen. An easy fix to your money woe
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am bedside and keep patients as happy as possible meanwhile I’m getting crushed financially and emotionally by the constant lies of being broke (really hire some more 6 figure guys that should fix it). Meanwhile your nurses struggle to pay bills. Disgustin
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
As mentioned before bedside is the backbone happy and well cared for patients creates repeat customers and word spreads. The nursing staff is intelligent and sees the mass fat cats feeding off our backs while we starve. They will soon find themselves with a vast staffing shortage.
