I recently left Centura as my experience was not a good one. I believe that I was bullied, and as a result, I did leave due to management not helping me, or try to work out what was happening to me on a daily basis.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co workers never accepted me as part of their "team".
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It was extremely cliques and very restrictive in my ability to be myself.
