No one should get paid less than 20 an hr.

Hire real talent and not people that do things outside of work with other associates (misconduct) to secure their role. Where’s the ethic
If you are not from the demographic of the majority there, you will not be treated well

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication and including the individuals who actually perform the work when making policy and setting goals.
Have realistic expectations. Give reps room to breathe and work without bring micromanaged.
Genuine diversity and inclusion, would be a good start!

To make the culture better they need to stop clicking up and making people feel so dumb to even to have considered working there.

The interview process needs to be shortened as it can drag out for months. There needs to be more transparency with the interviewee about the process.
Having interviewers who are relevant to the candidate's job. Not changing the job role once the person starts.

too many things but start with firing most people at Director level or above and replacing them with a brand new staff
