Very Supportive. They are overstretched but seem very supportive of you and your work.

My manager and executives are fully supportive of Cerner and improving our products. However, the daily push/drive is sometimes in excess.

Our new CEO is a psychiatrist and answers direct questions.

My direct manager is amazing. Executive leadership, however, has been making one bad decision after another consistently since late 2019.

Stop overpromising and underdelivering and overworking your staff

I would like management to put more emphasis on long term associate health. In the customer support sector, we need strong leadership to keep us happy and motivated when dealing with the onslaught of tickets.
