Very Supportive. They are overstretched but seem very supportive of you and your work.
My manager and executives are fully supportive of Cerner and improving our products. However, the daily push/drive is sometimes in excess.

There is a lot of support. They are doing a good job of incorporating remote workers into meet-ups and other social events.
Professionalism. We do not have a lot of petty issues. We are very goal oriented.
