Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?As a female, I am one of the lowest paid members of my team. I have continued to perform and it's disappointing to learn how my compensation compares to other people in lower tenured roles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Some years ago I wanted to achieve a better position in the company, but in spite of having a good performance, there are no budget to be recognised either my career. I have been working for a lot of years in the same position (P3) and I wish my work was recognized by the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?This is one of the most cliquey places I have worked, even the manager are cliquey with certain people on the sales team. There is constant whispering in the office which doesn't make me feel very welcomed.
