- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?As a female, I am one of the lowest paid members of my team. I have continued to perform and it's disappointing to learn how my compensation compares to other people in lower tenured roles.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Some years ago I wanted to achieve a better position in the company, but in spite of having a good performance, there are no budget to be recognised either my career. I have been working for a lot of years in the same position (P3) and I wish my work was recognized by the company.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?This is one of the most cliquey places I have worked, even the manager are cliquey with certain people on the sales team. There is constant whispering in the office which doesn't make me feel very welcomed.
