What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some of the leaders were good people who worked hard to build the company and improve the culture.

Less favoritism and more rewards for your work.
Giving up control and letting us do what we do best. Us workers know how to get things done.

We are fairly compensated for our work here

better distribution of company shares
I am not getting the wage I would get elsewhere. I would feel better if they didn't have favoritism within the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
hardworking talented people who are industry leaders
I work with some of the best engineers in the industry.
All hard and independent workers who know how to get things accomplished.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be more social.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It used to be a great company

I wish they would treat the employees with respect.

Feeling of accomplishment when completing a project.
Coworkers, atmosphere, environment, office space

Bullying in the workplace. Reprimand the employees that bully others.
