Treating people like humans. Speaking to their employees with respect. Stop having favoritism.

When my manager and Trash Assistant manager isn't there so I can actually do my job correctly

For what we do during the day and the amount of mistreatment. and no hours on our schedule no matter how productive you are, if the manager doesn't like you she will not give you hours
