Whatever it can to make sure customers receive their purchases on time. I just recently started back ordering online and the first 2 orders have been delayed to the point where I receive my order at least a week after I ordered it (even though I paid for 2-day delivery). I was refunded the fee.

Horribly, because I'm undervalued at my job. I always give 110% and it always seems to go unnoticed,but when I make one mistake it's like I'm the worse employee ever. I feel disrespected and lied to. I've had to asked to be trained and when I do I get told unfulfilled promises
