Communication is the main thing we need to work on. And not feeding into the drama that the managers cause.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
First off the managers need to focus more on being managers instead of talking down on their part timers. They need to worry about actually being leaders rather than making fun of their employees. Create a safe space rather than a hostile environment.
