I really do not like the environment the general manager sets. She cusses at us and acts like we are nothing. Nothing every get addressed appropriately.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at communicating and stop arguing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think having strong management and people there to motivate you is the best.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The former manager was super nice and open. She talked in great detail about the importance of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that for everything that I bring to the company , I leave just frustrated and not wanting to return.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think everyone could use an attitude adjustment. Everyone is there for the same reason and there should not be conflict.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The food comes out slow and cold. When they ask for a manager, they tell us to deal with it. They are never available to talk to customers. They sit in the office for majority of the shift.
