What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, honesty and integrity. They roll up their sleeves and get down in the trenches to solve problems with the rest of us. No red tape or bureaucracy! They're highly invested in our staff and core values. More companies should be run this way where people come first, then profit follows.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything but the new GM at the Marshall warehouse is great
