Recognition of my performance reward

We are paid fairly and also rewarded with a bonus if we have proved to have done a good job. I do not have a stock/equity based policy with my role, which is why I answered negatively to that question.

The transparency and ability to control my 401K with ease. I appreciate the ability to invest in my own future with little to no management required from my end.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think the medical benefits could be better and the PTO is far less than other companies that are similar.
