What do you like best about the leadership team?
The entire team is open to growth and change. They ensure everyone is engaged and has a seat at the table.

There is no human element.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone who is on the team is a master of their craft, and is eager to work alongside the other members of the team to make an impact.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No one communicates with each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to focus in and produce top notch materials, whether it will see the light of day or not, id had been assigned a certain project (along with various others, so i executed it to the absolute best of my abilties.)

What did you like most about the interview process?
The cass studies, and being able to meet the team, although I didn't really work with those people.
It was truly multi-faceted, there were many steps and assignments and I felt that they were truly taking the time to find the best fit.
