The CEO didn't even bother reaching out to me once, via phone, email, in person, absolutely nothing. He couldn't be bothered. Very eliteist mentality (by those who can't back it up) and filled wifh unhealthy drama and games.

Transparency. Communitions. Operations. Processes. Policies. Standard Pratice. Respect.

No one communicates with each other.

Legitmately there is no communication, none.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no human element.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The cass studies, and being able to meet the team, although I didn't really work with those people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to focus in and produce top notch materials, whether it will see the light of day or not, id had been assigned a certain project (along with various others, so i executed it to the absolute best of my abilties.)
