Although i've only been here a few months I've been excited at the opportunities I've had to learn more and grow. Also working with different people with different backgrounds has been amazing. I love the support Fetch gives to other cultural movements and organizations outside of itself.

It's a fresh, energetic company. It encourages growth, creativity, equality, and change.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have long and short term goals. I've got the feeling we all enjoy seeing each other succeed as well as have our own drive to succeed ourselvs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team wants to see everyone grow, not just for the company but as employees and as people. I truly believe this is the best company/organization I've worked for so far especially in terms of leadership and culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning more about the industry we work and and adding to my previous experiences from other jobs. Working with my counterparts is amazing. Meeting new people and having the ability to build positive relationships with coworkers and partners.
